Another breezy weekend in the Hamble Winter Series, this time with the added bonus of mist and drizzle. Nonetheless, some close racing this week, especially between Trudi and Curved Air in a good 12-18knot WSW’ly on a crowded racecourse in a strong tide. Polly is leading IRC 4 overall, with Trudi second. There’s a week off next weekend, before it restarts on the 13th November, when the Winter Series should live up to its name. Brr!
