Three Impala’s rocked up for the starline of the final JOG race of the year on Saturday. The course was round the cans (or Solent), starting in Cowes, passing Portsmouth, and finishing in Lymington. Good to see 2 Impala’s racing at the recent Grimsby and Cleethorpes Yacht Club regatta on the Saturday and Sunday of the August Bank Holiday. There are 3 Impala’s in the Humber area including Lifjetti 5 but only Menace and Ruffian are actively racing. The 2 Impalas raced in the Read more…
6 Impala’s were down on the start list for last weekend’s JOG Cowes to Poole race. One took a very sensible decision to stay tied up on Saturday morning leaving the remaining five (Spectrum, Imptish, Magic, Scallywag and Cheeky Monkey) to take on a double challenge of water and wind. Read more…
